There are very few places that you can stay where you can wake with sights and sounds of horse farm life. It is generally quiet here, but not silent. Our days start outside about 7:00am: early in the morning until about 9pm daily you will hear and/or see barking dogs, horses, loose cats, us working in the barn, mowing grass, construction in the farm, fixing fences, power tools, on our new tiny house in the barn, us in the garage next to the guesthouse, workshop, in the riding arena, on the property, with the horses, and donkeys, cows, chickens from the neighboring farms.
Guests can use our 3/4 mile perimeter trail to walk and enjoy your time! Trail maps on the desk in the guesthouse. Neighbors no trespassing signs are clearly visible.
Perfect place for animals lovers. Not suitable for guests who do not love cats, dogs, horses, sounds nature, and a working farm. Country life here is wonderful. No wifi, guests are welcome to bring hotspots for our Roku TVs. Verizon and most major carriers work well here.
Our guesthouse is our living quarters apartment located in one end of our barn. It is beautiful and comfortable old world luxury with a huge backyard patio suitable for two non-smoking adults age 25+ and up to two pets (no dogs right now due to nationwide virus), pet fee must be paid prior to stay (Daily Stall Rental is $30 with shavings for horses). Long term stay reservations (longer than one week) require weekly cleaning service to be paid separately as an “extra service” through the airbnb app. Airbnb government ID verification required to book. It's very dark out here at night, guests must check in by 9pm EDT arriving for the first time to avoid getting lost.

Orange Julius Caesar and his side-kick Birgitta are the official guesthouse welcome-cats lol. You will find them sitting by the door waiting for your arrival. They do like to jump in cars, please do not drive away with them lol! We love them!
Guided horseback trail rides are offered at a neighboring horse farm. You’re welcome to pet our horses at the pasture gates, and for their health and safety guests may not feed or give treats to our horses. Our dogs are penned, loose only with us outside with them. We have free-roam cats (hence our 10mph farm-wide speed limit) you’re welcome to snuggle with all you want. Most important Farm Rules are no smoking and 10mph for people and animal health and safety.
Our guest house opens at 4pm on check-in days. Daylight hours . Hosts are available to assist guests with check in until 9pm EST on check in day. Guests must check out by 11am on check out day. Wifi unavailable. Please bring personal hotspot for Roku TVs or devices.
