Ancestry

Lyanna is a mostly foundation stock Gypsy cob. Her material great grandmother is the Westmorland The Lottery Horse, a well known horse in the Gypsy world. Some horses, like Lyanna and our Tullylish for example have pedigrees that date back hundreds of years. Lyanna is one of those horses whose lines are embedded deep in the Gypsy cob heritage of ancient Europe.

Lady Lyanna of Bear Island is a striking black Gypsy Vanner filly with four white stockings and a bold white blaze. Just like her namesake from Game of Thrones, she carries herself with strength, elegance, and unmistakable presence.

At two years old, Lyanna has been started lightly under saddle and is already showing her willingness to learn. She wears a saddle with ease, has a solid groundwork foundation, and is well-mannered on the ground—making her an excellent candidate for any future direction.

With her feather, bone, and classic Vanner type, Lady Lyanna is equally suited as a standout in the show ring or as a future broodmare in a quality breeding program.
